As a kid, while every other six year old was waking up to Saturday morning cartoons, I was immersed in the Food Network. From watching Martha Stewart whip up an Angel Food Cake to Sarah Lee making chocolate chip cookies, I was enamored. I would race to my parents kitchen, create some sort of concoction (usually involving chocolate) and have them taste test. I'm not afraid to admit that I have had my fair share of kitchen disasters, but my skills and passion for baking has only grown more.
